I'm Baaaaack!!!

Okay, so I am definitely just horrible about keeping this thing updated! It should be noted that I am still alive and well.

I thought that this one news article I read was definitely worth mentioning. You know how die-hard your Dad or your Grandpa is about football? Maybe you are too...and it just SUCKS when you have to work or have other obligations when your favorite game is on TV. Well...this guy was nearly 70 years old and get this...he needed a pacemaker put in his chest for a serious heart condition he has. The appointment was scheduled for a Thursday...and his game was coming on for Saturday (Michigan vs. Michigan State in Ann Arbor). So he put the surgery off until the following week! The man claims that if something went wrong on the table...it would be "like going into combat" and he might not come back out!!

Now - that being said, his condition is fairly serious...it's a weakened heart muscle, and doctors generally say it's a large risk to put off a surgery like that, but I guess if it's in the name of Football, it makes it all okay!!! I know at least for myself, I'd be more concerned about getting that damn thing in my chest!

Hopefully I'll write again soon...but the good news is, I'll be back with you EVERY Saturday on my usual shift...3pm-7pm...talk to you all then!!

I'm still alive!

Okay, so I've been a HUGE slacker, and haven't come over here...since it snowed. It buried me alive.

I saw this awesome story though about this guy who got arrested for "creating a monster" The kid was an NCU student...talk about messing up your college plans. I think what the guy did was kinda innocent though, and funny. According to reports they arrested the kid for larceny, for "stealing" construction site materials to create the monster.

What would be interesting is driving down the road at night and seeing this thing!

If you live anywhere even remotely near the valley...you know what I'm about to say...

ENOUGH WITH THE DAMN SNOW!!!!!!

For someone (myself) who has lived in the mountains my whole life to be sick of the snow...that says a lot. I am a cold and snow lover. I should have become a meteorologist...hey, you can be wrong half the time, and keep your job! I wish they would be wrong more this winter...I'm sick of seeing it. TIME FOR SPRING!!!

In other news...and more importantly...the Ozz Man. Have you heard the latest?? This dude is getting the key to West Palm...oh yeah...that's where Ozzfest first began many many moons ago.

Proceeding the cremony...there will be an Ozzy book signing. WHAT!?!? Man, he's getting old...that's what old people do! I mean, there are more awesome things to sign - I don't need to say them here, but the sky is the limit. Use your imagination! This is the Ozzman! Hey, I don't mean to knock the Ozzman, he deserves the respect.
